Ordering on Norkinas.com

We accept all credit and debit card. Please note that if you pay with a NORKINAS Gift Card or store credit, you can pay for the balance of your purchase with Stripe
Please verify that the billing information you have entered is the same as the information that your bank has on file. If you enter billing information that varies from what your bank has on file, then your order will not go through.
Most of our styles are seasonal or limited editions; this means that once they sell out they will not be restocked. However, some of our classic styles are frequently restocked.
After your order is submitted, you will be directed to an order confirmation page with your order number. You should also receive an e-mail confirmation shortly after your order is submitted to confirm that we received it. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirming shipment.
While you cannot cancel an order that has been made, you can wait until you have received it and then continue the process of a return.

Shipping methods and times

Norkinas does not ship to Trinidad and Tobago. If you would like a Norkinas within the territory you will have to purchase it from your local franchisee, Norkinas Trinidad. Local delivery within Trinidad and Tobago is TT$35

Returns

Items are valid for return 7 days after purchase accompanied by a receipt. Items must not show any sign of use and Norkinas Trinidad reserves the right to refuse a return.
We will facilitate returns and exchanges of your Norkinas within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Item must be in its original state, unused and not worn. Management reserves the right to refuse exchanges if items exchanged show signs of use.
To return an item, you can visit us at 14 O’Connor Street or contact us via whatsapp or phone,( 868 229-7972) with the request to return the item, within 7 days of purchase. Walk in customers can have the return facilitated immediately. Over the phone requests can be facilitated via delivery, with a delivery fee of $35 at the discretion of management. Norkinas Trinidad reserves the right to refuse a return.
Refunds are done via online transfer or credit card refund to the card that the item was purchased. Both transactions take a maximum of 24 hours (not including weekends) to reach your account.
Items purchased from other Norkinas franchisees outside of Trinidad, will not be exchanged by Norkinas Trinidad as the franchisees are not the same operator.
